The Chinese stock market is every bullish now. However, this is a danger: investors blindly trust their own expectations of a steady bull market and ignore to evaluate the companies basic statistics such as corporate governance level. People will wake up when the crisis appears, but sometimes it will be too late. The corporate governance level of Chinese companies still have a lot of problems which are “time bombs” in a bull market.
