摘要
影响短梗霉多糖产量和发酵液颜色的因素有很多,经研究发现,(NH4)2SO4与酵母膏的影响尤为显著,当(NH4)2SO40.4g/L、酵母膏0.3g/L、NaCl4g/L、K2HPO46g/L时,短梗霉多糖产量和发酵液的颜色都非常理想。
There are many factors which are related to pullulan yield and fermentation broth's colour. The research showed that (NH4)2SO4 and yeast extract played an important role. After investigation, this result:(NH4)2SO4 0.4g/L, yeast extract 0.3g/L, NaCl 4g/L, K2HPO4 6g/L had a good performance in yield and colour.
