摘要
研究了苦瓜多糖的提取、分离与纯化。结果表明,热水浸提法的最适条件为料水比1∶20、浸提温度为95℃、浸提时间为60min、乙醇浓度为75%。苦瓜多糖通过DEAE-cellulose 52离子层析和Sephadex G-100柱层析后可得到纯度较高的MCP2和MCP4;MCP2和MCP4不含淀粉、氨基酸和蛋白质,含有糖;其中,MCP2由半乳糖组成。MCP4由阿拉伯糖、半乳糖、鼠李糖和木糖等单糖组成。
Extraction and purification of Momordica charantial polysaccharides were studied in the paper. The result showed that the optimal conditions for hot water extraction was 1:20 of the ratio of sample to water, 60min of extraction at 950C and 75% of alcohol precipitation. DEAE-cellulose 52 and Sephadex G-100 purification of Momordica charantial polysaccharides could obtain MCP2 and MCP4. MCP2 and MCP4 did not contain starch, amino acid and protein. MCP2 was composed of galactose. MCP4 was composed of arabinose, galactose, rharmose and xylose.
