摘要
采用乙醇浸提、正丁醇萃取、丙酮沉淀的方法从脱脂大豆中提取大豆皂甙,并利用树脂柱层析分离得到B组大豆皂甙,进而通过HPLC-MS法对B组大豆皂甙Ⅳ进行了检测。
The soybean saponin was extracted from soybean seeds with the method of soaked by alcohol solution,extracted by butanol and precipitated by acetone. Group B soybean saponin was separated through resin column chromatographic method. Soybean saponin Ⅳ was determined by HPLC-MS.
