摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定蒜油中大蒜素含量的方法。采用HPLC法ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-甲酸(75∶25∶0.1);流速1mL/min;检测波长225.8nm。大蒜素浓度在45.12~225.6mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.72%,RSD为0.27%(n=5)。高效液相色谱法测定蒜油中大蒜素的含量,测定方法操作简单、结果准确、重复性好。
To establish an HPLC method for determination of allicin in garlic oil. Chromato-graphic conditions included ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column, methanol H2O-formic acid (75:25:0.1) as mobile phase, the UV dectection wavelength was 225.8nm , the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. Results: The standard curve of allicin showed good linearity in the concent ration range of 45.12-225.6mg/L (r=0.9998), the average recovery was 99.72% with RSD of 0.27%(n=5). The method is found to be simple,sensitive and accurate, reproduceable, it could be used for determining the concent ration of allicin in garlic oil.
