以河北省唐山市共享工程基层中心建设为例,探讨了基层中心建设中存在的问题及发展对策。
This paper has discussed the existing problems and way to deal with the situation during the process of the construction of elementary centers, by taking the Center in Tangshan, Hebei Province as an example.
