重新对信息社会的特征进行介绍,以期人们对其引起重视,使我们的思想对策和体制适应信息社会的操作运行。
In this paper, we have given introduction thinking of the features of information society, and used our thoughts to explain the operations of countermeasures and system to suit the information society.
