摘要
从全面贯彻科学发展观要做到“六个结合”、解决经费问题、加强农村文化建设、做好图书馆立法工作等4个方面,谈了学习《国家“十一五”时期文化发展规划纲要》的体会。
In order to implement the Scientific View of Development in an all-round way, we must implement 6 combinations, solve fund issue, strengthen rural culture construction, and do a flue work in legal work. In addition, this paper has discussed the experience in studying the Culture Development Program during the National 11 th Five-Year Plan Period.
