摘要
阐述了企业战略系统的复杂性特征,揭示了企业战略系统中存在的混沌与分形特征;在此基础之上,从战略的构建、实施、控制和变革4个方面提出了基于复杂性科学的企业战略管理策略,以期为管理者提供复杂环境下企业战略管理的理论指导。
This paper discusses the complex characters of an enterprise strategy system. It is shown that the chaos and fractal phenomena will appear in the system. The management strategies based on complexity science are proposed from such aspects as construction, implementation, control and reform, which may serve as guidelines for managers.
