摘要
将市售活性炭用Ni(NO3)2及Co(NO3)2溶液浸渍后进行高温热解处理。采用BET、循环伏安、恒流充放电等测试手段,研究改性活性炭电极构成的双电层电容器(EDLC)性能。结果表明,由Ni(NO3)2及Co(NO3)2热解产生的NiO、CoO有显著的准电容效应,与活性炭原有的双电层电容构成了复合电容,因而改性炭的电容量有明显提高,质量比电容分别高达246.1,198.8 F/g,比原样炭的130.1 F/g分别提高了89.2%、52.8%。
Commercial activated carbon was modified by means of soaking in nickd nitrate and cobalt nitrate solution and pyrolysis. The BET method at 77 K was used to study the specific surface area and porosity of modified carbons. The performance of electric double-layer capacitors (EDLC) using resultant carbons as electrode materials was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and constant current charge/discharge. The results show that NiO and CoO produced from Ni(NO3)2 and Co(NO3)2 decomposition have obvious pseudo-capacitance effect. The specific capacitance of NiO-AC and CoO-AC could be as high as 246.1 F/g, 198.8 F/g; 89.2 %, 52.8 % higher than that of original carbon, respectively.
