2006年国家电网安全运行情况分析

2006年,我国经济社会发展保持良好势头,电力供需水平快速增长。国家电网公司深入开展"爱心活动"、实施"平安工程",强化安全生产的监督与管理,在电网结构薄弱、电力供需紧张、自然灾害频发、外力破坏影响严重等不利情况下,保证了电网安全稳定运行。结合2006年发生对电网影响较大的典型安全故障,从故障的原因、后果、暴露的问题及采取的防范措施等方面对当前电网事故发生的特点和规律进行了分析和总结。希望引起有关部门重视,吸取经验教训,采取有效措施,不断加强和规范电网安全管理工作,提高电网抵御事故的能力。

National economy in China continued to maintain good momentum in 2006, and power supply and demand increased fast. SGCC developed the ＂Love activity＂ and the ＂Safety project＂, strengthened supervisory and management of safety production, and ensured the power grid security operation under the weak structure of power grid, short of power supply and demand, natural calamity attack from time to time, and serious influence of damage from outside force etc. Combined with the security accidents occurred in 2006 with greater influence on power grid, the reason and consequences and the precautionary measures for the accidents were analyzed. It is hoped that the relevant departments should pay attention to learning the experiences and lessons, and taking effective measures, strengthening and normalizing power grid security and management continuously, raising the ability of power grid to resist accident.
