摘要
对火电厂中机组快速甩负荷(FCB)控制功能的配置与否一直存在一些争论。根据多年的实践经验,尝试探讨了FCB控制与机组工质回收、汽轮机旁路容量选择、电厂安全经济运行及汽轮机性能的关系,介绍了在FCB工况下控制锅炉压力飞升、防止汽轮机"鼓风"效应的技术措施和锅炉自动安全门(PCV阀)的选配原则。认为"功在电网,利在电厂"是FCB功能的价值体现。要进一步提高电网和电厂的安全性,FCB控制功能是火电厂实现"孤岛运行"和"热启动"的基础,因此,应加强机组FCB控制功能的应用。
It is a controversial issue whether FCB control function should be applied in units of thermal power plant. Based on years of practical experiences, the relationship between FCB control and several factors was discussed such as the recycling of unit working medium, selection of turbine bypass capacity, safe and economic plant operation and turbine performance. The technical measures to regulate the rise of boiler pressure and prevent the blasting effect of steam turbine as well as the selection principles of PC valves were introduced under FCB operating condition. Both power network and power plant can benefit from the application of FCB function. Serving as the basis of isolated island operation and hot start-up, FCB control function should be emphasized to improve the safety of power network and power plant.
