摘要
2006年7月17日晚美国纽约市发生严重停电事故,纽约市4个地区的广大范围受到影响,2.5万用户(约10万人)断电,至7月25日供电才全部恢复。纽约7·17停电的持续时间超过了2003年美加大停电,也发生于夏季高温酷热期,影响恶劣。事故发生后,联合爱迪生电力公司做了积极的抢修工作,通过各种手段将停电时间减为最短,并对事故作了多方面的研究和分析。根据该事故报告,对该次停电事故进行综述,重点介绍事故概况、原因分析和应对措施等,以供参考。
During the week of July 17, 2006, Con Edison's system was affected by an extraordinary series of events, and approximately 25,000 customers went without power. The duration of the event is longer than the outage in Aug 14, 2003, and the event had a much more abominable influence because of the high temperature. By repairing and restoring the feeders, Con Edison recovered the entire network as soon as possible, and then did some researches and analyses. This paper summarized the general situation of the event, focusing on the event evolution and researching on the causation and the action plan.
