摘要
企业能力是企业有机体中内化于其中的基于对资源应用的独特机制和流程安排。企业能力理论发展至今,知识在企业能力构建中的以其基础性的作用已日益为理论界所重视。知识在与人力资源、组织结构和企业文化这几个着力点上与企业能力的形成切实结合,并通过集成信息、创建问题解决路径、优化人才和优化组织,使企业内部资源可以被更科学地整合、配置,使企业的组织机制、惯例和流程安排上更易于形成独特性,最终形成企业能力。
Enterprise competence is the unique mechanism and process arrangement of the enterprise resources' application which is internalized in the enterprise organism.In the development of competence theory of the firm,now the importance of knowledge being a foundation of enterprise competence is regarded by the academe.Knowledge combines with enterprise by human resources,organization framework and corporate culture,and then goes through steps such as information integration,problem settlement route establishment,employee optimization and organization optimization,in order to integrate and collocate enterprise resources more properly,then make organization mechanism,routine and process arrangement be easier to be unique,which in the end form enterprise competence.
