摘要
随着消费需求的多样化以及商品更新换代速度的加快,物流服务需求呈现出小批量、高频率的特征。在这种情况下,要求物流信息不断更新,且速度越来越快。物流企业只有通过信息化建设,才能够对顾客服务实施更为有效的管理。本文在论述物流企业信息化建设的重要性的基础上,分析了我国物流企业当前信息化建设存在的问题,并进一步提出了建议。
The variety of consuming requests and the rhythm of goods updated result in the logistics service have the characteristics of small amount but high frequency.This case requires the frequent update of logistics information.Efficient management to customer service is available just through information construction.Based on analyzing the importance of information construction,this paper pointed out some problems existed in the information construction for logistics enterprises and gave the corresponding advices.
