摘要
在风险投资中,风险投资家(VC)与风险企业家(EN)在信息不对称条件下进行博弈。本文从风险投资中博弈双方的特点出发,利用相关模型进行分析,指出风险投资中的影响因素,从而提高双方合作的可能性。
During risk investment,VC and EN have done game theory under unsymmetrical information.According to their characters in risk investment,this paper uses interrelated model to analyse,and points out the influential factors,then to improve their possibility of their cooperation.
