关于我国控制性详细规划工作的若干思考

本文针对当前控制性详细规划工作在技术方面、实施方面和管理方面中存着的问题,结合南京市控制性详细规划编制规定的相关研究,就如何在控制性详细规划中更好地协调其刚性与弹性、体现城市设计、保障公共参与以及控规编制的规范性等问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应的建议及措施。

Aiming at some problems existed in the regulatory detailed planning,the authors,on the research about the regulation of formulation of regulatory detailed planning of Nanjing,discuss the issues about how to improve and enhance the flexibility,visualization,equity and standardization of the planning.The authors also give some utilizable advices and measures to the regulatory detailed planning.
