摘要
用分光光度法,分别对在工业废气Cl2及SO2环境中生长的北方常见树木叶片中叶绿素含量的变化进行了测试.结果表明:两种大气污染对树木均有伤害作用.受污染的树木叶片叶绿素含量都明显下降,在被两种污染物污染的4种树木中,其下降的幅度由小到大依次为:旱垂柳、中东杨、白榆和白蜡槭.这说明各种树木对Cl2和SO2的大气污染伤害的反应不同,其抗性都是白蜡槭<白榆<中东杨<旱垂柳.
The changes of Chlorophyll contents in leaves of the four northeast ordinary trees polluted by industrial waste gas-Cl2, and SO2, are measured with the spectrophotometry. The results show that chloruphyll contents in leaves of trees polluted by the two waste gases have a significant decrease with chlorophyll broken. These make the ranges of chloruphyll content of leaves decrease variantly.In the four kinds of trees polluted by the two waste gases,the results are:the range of chlorophyll content decreasing of Salix matsudana is the biggest,the second is Populus berolinensis ,the third is Acer negundo,and Ulmus pumils is the smallest. This accounts for the fact that the hardness of the four kinds of trees polluted by the two waste gases is different, with the biggest being Ulmus pumils, then Acer negundo, Populus beronensis and Salix matsudans.
