高速行星传动内齿圈的有限元分析 被引量:11

摘要 以直齿行星传动为例,对非过盈配合键连接方式的内齿圈的应力与变形进行了研究。以轮缘厚度系数来描述内齿圈的柔性,以均布的弹簧约束来反映内齿圈与机体的配合情况。利用Pro/E与ANSYS软件建立了完整内齿圈的有限元模型,根据重合度与齿间载荷分配系数对各承载轮齿施加了分布载荷,并着重分析了工作过程中轮缘厚度系数与配合松紧度对内齿圈的应力与变形的影响。 The stress and the elastic deformation of internal ring gear were investigated, which was connected with planetary spur gearcase by straight splines. The ratio of rim thickness to tooth height was defined for representing the flexibility of internal ring gear. Evenly spaced linear springs were made use of describing the fitting status between internal ring gear and the gearcase. The finite element model of the whole internal ring gear was established by means of Pro/E and ANSYS. The meshing teeth of internal ring gear were loaded according to the contact ratio and the load-sharing coefficient. Finally, the influences of flexibility and fitting status on stress and elastic deflection of internal ring gear were analyzed.
