摘要
对于面向大规模定制的产品族设计,实现结构件的标准化和共享具有重要意义。研究了一种产品族结构件标准化方法,结合形状特征建模技术,以形状特征的相似分析为基础,重点探讨了结构件主特征体系和辅特征体系的标准化过程,并确定了相应的算法。实例证明,该方法能有效减少产品族结构件的种类,提高其通用性。
During product family design for Mass Customization, it is necessary to standardize and share the structural parts among many products. This paper presented a methodology for standardizing the structural parts of a product family. A technique on form feature modeling for structural parts was discussed. Based on the similarity analysis to form features, the standardization processes for main features and auxiliary features of structural parts were described in detail, and the corresponding algorithms were identified as well. A case study demonstrates that the variety of structural parts can be reduced effectively and their commonality can be improved, by using the proposed methodology.
