短裂纹演化过程中减影图像模糊分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用亚体素模型对短裂纹进行局部离散化表示,扩展基于dos平台的CT仿真系统中的文本造型功能,成功实现短裂纹在CT仿真系统中的检测样本建模。通过短裂纹群模拟及像素合并处理方式,在进行低分辨率CT图像的演化分析时,检测到短裂纹扩展引起的异常。借助图像模糊隶属度,对合并图像中像素点具有短裂纹特征的程度进行模糊分析。结果表明:在相同条件下,像素点具有短裂纹特征的程度与短裂纹形态有关,与材质无关。 Short crack can be dispersed while subvoxel model is introduced, function of text modeling is extended in CT(Computed Tomography) Simulation System based on Dos interface, modeling of short crack is realized. Short cracks were simulated and pixels were merged, evolvements of low resolution CT images were analyzed, abnormity induced by propagation of cracks was detected. With the aid of fuzzy membership degree of image, characteristic degree of short crack included in a pixel was proposed, and fuzzy analysis was carried out based on merged images. Under the same conditions, the characteristic degree of short crack included in a pixel is related to modalities of short cracks, and unrelated to material.
