摘要
在500像素/mm的像素密度要求下,论述大视场高分辨率二维激光束扫描显微成像系统的最佳设计.讨论图像放大率、扫描视场和像素密度之间的关系,以及提高像素密度和增大视场的技术途径.
This paper describes the microimaging theory for laser beam scanning oftwo dimensions. The optimal design for laser beam scanning microimaging system oflarge visual field and high resolution is researched with the picture element density of500 pixels/mm. The relationships among the magnifying power of picture, the visualfield of scanning and the density of picture element are discussed. And the technical linesfor improving density of picture element and increasing visual field are designated.
