摘要
进行了茶薪菇深层培养的试验,完成了菌种及发酵配方和培养条件的探索,并进行了5t发酵罐的批量生产,发酵周期为60~67h,放罐菌浓为40%,菌丝干重在1.5%以上.
Agrocybe chaxingu Huang is the special product in Fujian, It was studiedby liquid fermentation in the culture of seeds; After culture medium and culture conditions are in shaking bottles are experimented. The large scale production experimentswere carried out in 5. 0t fermentator. In the fermentation broth, the concentration ofmycelium was 40ml/100ml. The dry weight of mycelium was 1. sg/100ml. The cultivation pened was 60-67h.
