在华跨国公司与后向关联——以北京地区外资企业为例的分析

Multinationals in China and the Backward Linkages——A Survey in Beijing

跨国公司进入东道国后从当地厂商处采购成品生产制造所需的原材料、零部件或各种服务,即产生了后向关联。本文在对北京地区外资制造业进行调查的基础上,从在华跨国公司的采购来源、跨国公司在中国选择供应商的影响因素等多个方面了解在华跨国公司后向关联的程度,在此基础上分析了政府促进后向关联的努力方向。

Backward linkages are created when multinationals buy raw materials or components from local suppliers in host countries. This paper, based on a survey on multinationals in Beijing, tries to analysis the extend of backward linkages through investigating the purchasing sources, the choosing criteria, etc. And then we put forward the suggestions on policies adjustment and improvement directions for local firms.
