摘要
本文考察了经济学家在促进美国兼并指南变迁中的作用,并从中得出了若干值得我国经济学家借鉴的启示。
We have investigated the role of American economists in changes in American Merger Guidelines, and discovered several revelations that were worthy for Chinese economists.
