摘要
采取侧吹气体来抑制等离子体对激光能量的屏蔽 ,取得了比较满意的焊接效果 ,同时还讨论了激光功率。
Deep-penetration laser welding was successfull yperformed with side-blowing gas to remove the laser-induced plasma over keyhole which limits laser energy entering into the metal. The welding depth as a function of laser power, scan speed and the lens' focusing is also discussed.
