Studies on the Components of Senecio Rufus Ⅰ

自毛果红舌千里光中分得２个紫色结晶，经光谱解析鉴定为卟啉类化合物：Ｍｅｔｈｙｌｐｈａｅｏｐｈｏｒｂｉｄｅ－ａ（１）和Ｍｅｔｈｙｌｐｈａｅｏｐｈｏｒｂｉｄｅ－ｂ（２）

Two porphyrins were obtained from the extract of V(MeOH)∶V(Et 2O)∶V(Pet.ether)1∶1∶1 of the whole plants of senecio rufus,by means of silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization. Based on the spectral analysis, they were identified as Methyl phaeophorbide a(1) and Methyl phaeophorbide b(2), which were found for the first time in the genus senecio.
