把过共晶铝硅合金中的硅含量提高到30%~35%,在其中加入Cu、Mg、Mn、Ni和RE等合金强化元素,用正交试验方法选择这些元素的最佳含量,并加入P与C进行磷碳复合变质。经过一定的熔炼工艺及热处理工艺过程,处理试样,进行力学性能检验,说明这种材料符合活塞的使用要求。
Raise silicon contents in hypereutetic Al-Si alloy to 30% - 35%,add Cu,Mg,Mn, Ni and RE. Choose the optimum contents of the elements said-abovj by orthogonal test method, then put in P and C for P-C combination modification. Undertake mechanical performance test for the material sample after melted and heat-treated. The material will meet the requirements by the piston.
