红外线烘干技术在减振器涂层件生产上的应用

摘要 红外线烘干漆层件品质好,漆层外表、内部漆分子受到共振和热效应的作用是均匀的,内部产生的气泡不等漆料外表成膜就溢出了,因而不会发生针孔;红外线有极强的穿透力,且在漆中传播速度极高,所以干燥品质又好又快;红外线烘干较电加热空气对流烘干可节约电力30%~50%,红外线具有方向性可用于零件局部加热。 Painted parts infrared - baked are high in quality with the coating layer and the internal paint moleculars having an even resonance and thermal effect. Air bubbles generated inside the paint would spill over before the paint surface gets filmed with no pin-holding appearing ; thanks to strong penetration and speedy running in paints of the infrared ray, the baking works well; 30 - 50% electricity would be saved by using infrared baking compared with hot-air convection drying. Besides, infrared ray with its directional ability can be used to get the parts heated.
