摘要
目的:建立人工北虫草TLC和HPLC法指纹图谱。方法:TLC法以三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-异丙醇-水(5∶2∶6∶0.6)为展开剂,磷酸氢二钠制备的GF_(254)板展开;HPLC法以乙腈-水梯度洗脱,检测波长260nm。结果:HPLC法精密度、重复性、稳定性试验中共有峰面积、保留时间的RSD均小于3.0%;不同产地的人工北虫草相似度大于0.9。结论:该方法简便可靠,可作为控制人工北虫草质量的依据。
Objective: To constitute fingerprint of artificial Cordyceps militarise. Method: We use chloroform - ethyl acetate - isopropanol - water as developing agent in TLC. While in HPLC, we use acetonitrile and water as mobile phase,gradient elution,the detection wavelength was 260 nm. Result:The RSD values of peak area and retention time of common peaks in precision, repeatability and stability were lower than 3.0% ;respectively, similarity was over 0.9 in artificial Cordyceps militarise collected from different habitats. Conclusion: All results above exhibit that this method is single, practicable, and reliable as a standard method in controlling the quality of artificial Cordyceps militarise
