摘要
本文首先从企业内外部环境入手,分析了我国资源型企业目前所面临的困境,并运用核心竞争力理论,探讨了资源型企业获取竞争优势的根本途径是核心竞争力的提升;接着根据国内外的研究成果,归纳出资源型企业核心竞争力的构成要素;最后以系统论和核心竞争力理论为理论基础,从获取、创新等四个层面研究了核心竞争力的形成机制,以希为资源型企业核心竞争力的培育提供理论指导。
Due to the deficiency of core competence, most China resource enterprises struggle in great difficulty. It is basically the enhancement of core competence that helps resource enterprise acquire advantage in competence. Six essential aspects , including Human resources, technology advantage , etc. act as the keys to achieve it. Viewed from system theory and core competence , The mechanism of core competence development show four levels , from inner to outer, which should be taken for resource enterprise as theoretic clues to gain core competence.
