浅议矿产资源勘查开采过程经济价值形态

DISCUSSION ON THE FORMS OF ECONOMIC VALUE IN THE COURSE OF MINERAL RESOURCES EXPLORATION AND EXPLOITATION

矿产资源勘查开采过程,从国家管理角度归纳为4个大的阶段,即矿产勘查开发规划阶段、基础地质矿产调查研究阶段、矿产勘查阶段和矿产开采阶段。矿产资源勘查开采过程具有周期性、反复性和渐进性的特点。以可持续发展和科学发展观为指导,本文总结出不同时点24种经济价值形态,对其进行涵义简述,对其关系进行了分析,丰富和完善了“矿租”级差假说。

From national management point of view, there are 4 stages in the course of mineral resources exploration and exploitation： mineral exploration and exploitation planning stage, basic geological investigating research stage, mineral exploration stage, and minerals exploitation stage. The process of mineral resources exploration and exploitation has periodic, progressive and repeated features. With the guide of the theory of sustainable development and scientific development view, this article generalizes 24 forms of economic value, outlines their meaning, and analyzes their connection. Based on above-mentioned foundation, the hypothesis of differential ore rent is developed and improved.
