摘要
目的:制定简便、快捷的脑心通片质量控制方法。方法:采用TLC,在4块薄层板上鉴别了当归、川芎、乳香、没药、丹参、桂枝、黄芪和芍药。用高效液相法测定了制剂中芍药苷的含量。结果;通过方法学考察,芍药苷的进样量在0.0346-0.3787/Lg,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。芍药苷的平均回收率为99.05%(n=9),RSD为0.88%。TLC鉴别阴性无干扰。结论:制剂中多成分的鉴别和含量测定简便、快捷、实用。
Objective:To establish a simple and rapid method for the quality control of Naoxintong Pian. Method:Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Olibanum, Myrrha, Radix, Salviae Miltiorrizae, Ramulus Cinnamomi, Radix Astragali and Radix Paeoniae Rubra were identified by TLC at four thin-layer chromatographic plates. The contents of paeonioflorin in this preparation were determinated by HPLC. Results:The methodological study showed that a good linear correlation existed in the range of 0. 0346-3. 787/Lg for paeonioflorin. The average recovery of paeonioflorin was 99.05% (n= 9). RSD was 0. 88%. The negative sample didn't interfere the identification of TLC. Conclusion:The identification and Content determination of multicomponent in preparation is simple,rapid and usable.
