摘要
目的：采用高效液相法同时测定米格来宁片中安替比林和咖啡因的含量。方法：以C18化学键合硅胶为固定相，以甲醇-水（42：58）为流动相，检测波长为273nm。结果：安替比林平均回收率为100．30．4，RSD=0．52（n=6）；咖啡因为99．5％，RSD=0．73（n=6）。安替比林在98．2～147mg范围内；咖啡因在9．99-15．0mg范围内，进样量与峰面积值呈良好的线性关系。结论；方法简便、快速、结果准确。
Objective：To determine the content of Antipyrine and Caffeine in Migelaining Tablets by HPLC. Method：To take Cls chemical bonded silica gel as solid phase,methanol-water（42 ： 58）as mobile phase and UV detecting wavelength is at 273nm. Result：The average recovery of Antipyrine is 100. 3% ,RSD：0. 52（n=6）. The average recovery of Caffeine is 99.5% ,RSD： 0.73 （n= 6）. There is a good linear relationship between the concentration and peak area in the range of Antipyrine 98.2-147mg and caffeine 9.99-15.0mg. Conclusion：This method is accurate,rapid and simple.
