摘要
目的:建立一种用HPLC法测定氨咖黄敏胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因含量的方法。方法:采用C18柱,以甲醇-水(33∶67)为流动相,检测波长为215nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:样品中两种成分完全分离且线性关系良好,对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因的加样回收率分别为99.3%和100.2%。结论:本法操作简单,结果准确,可以有效地控制质量。
Objective:To establish a method for determining the contents in Ankahuangmin Capsule by HPLC. Methods:Using C18 column, methanol-water (33 : 67) as mobile phase, flow rate was 1.0ml/min, wavelength of detector was 215nm. Result: Two components were completely separated and determined. The average recoveries were 99.3% for paracetamol and 100. 20% for caffeine, respectively. Conclusions:This method is simple and convenient in operation. It is accurate and very suitable for the quality control.
