摘要
焦炭塔失效的主要形式是裙座的开裂和壳体鼓包。随着生焦周期的缩短,对焦炭塔疲劳寿命的要求越来越高,文章列举了一些延长焦炭塔疲劳寿命的有效措施以及设计技术上取得的进步。
Skirt cracking and shell bulging is the major reason for coke drum to lose its efficient. Longer and longer fatigue life is required with shorter and shorter coke formation cycles of coke drum.Here introduces some effective measures for protracting coke drum service life and some technical innovations in design in this article.
