摘要
不锈钢材料在石油化工的受热管道中得到广泛应用,有良好的耐高温腐蚀性能,但在设备停产封存的常温、常压下常常发生意料之外的破坏,破坏形式主要是应力腐蚀开裂。文章所列举的两起案例,常温下沿晶开裂,裂口检出S元素,符合连多硫酸腐蚀的特征。建议相关企业加强有关应力腐蚀开裂知识的教育,并把设备停产封存列入设备管理规程。
With well high-temperature corro- sion resistance,stainless steel is widely used in heated pipelines in petrochemical industry,how- ever,unexpected fracture occurred at normal temperature and pressure during suspend pro- duction period.Modality of the fracture was mostly of stress corrosion cracking.Two cases exhibited in this article are sorts of intergranular fracture at normal temperature,sulfur was found in the cracks,which is in conformity to the cor- rosive characters in multi-thionic environment. The recommendation that education of stress corrosion cracking should be strengthened and regulations of equipment preservation during suspend production period should he made in the relative enterprises.
