摘要
兰州石化公司合成橡胶厂ABS树脂生产装置中的盐水冷凝器,其管束原为U形管式,换热管材质为00Cr19Ni10不锈钢。由于制造过程中U形弯管部位退火处理不佳,加上Cl^-和硫化物的应力腐蚀,致使弯管外侧出现开裂并泄漏。后来将冷凝器管束改为浮头式,较好地解决了换热管开裂泄漏问题。
The reason for U-tube bundle leak- age of mineralized water condenser was found out by analyzing the circular crack at the bend of the U-tube.The solution was raised for heat exchanger replaced with floating head heat ex- change based on the condition of equipment op- eration and performance and leakage was elimi- nated.
