摘要
为了真正实现体育与资本市场的有机结合,在对构建上海体育产权交易平台必要性和可行性论证的基础上,通过体育赛事产权交易案例等具体实践,找出问题并提出解决对策。
In order to realize the combination of sports with capital market, the paper elaborates on the necessity and feasibility of constructing a platform for sports property right transaction in Shanghai. Through the examples of sports events property right transaction, the paper tries to find the ways for solving the existing problems.
