摘要
采用某电厂冷却水用原水研究了水质稳定剂的阻垢性能及其对304不锈钢耐蚀性能的影响。通过不锈钢在水样中的极化曲线测定显示,原水中不锈钢不发生点蚀,但在浓缩倍率为4的水样中,不锈钢出现点蚀。溶液分析显示原水在浓缩过程中出现钙垢沉积。含水质稳定剂的原水在浓缩过程中钙垢沉积减缓,水样对不锈钢的侵蚀性增大不明显,浓缩倍率为4时仍未引起不锈钢的点蚀。
the cooling water of a power plant was used as raw water to study the scale and corrosion inhibition of a water stabilizer to 304 stainless steel. The anodic polarization curves show that pitting corrosion of the stainless steel does not occur in the raw water, but occurs when the water is 4 times concentrated, and the water analysis indicates that calcium sediments appear during the concentration process. When the water stabilizer is added to the raw water, formation of the calcium sediments is inhibited, and corrosion of the stainless steel by the water dose not increase obviously. What's more, pitting corrosion of the stainless steel dose not occur when the water is 4 times concentrated.
