预防和应对电网大停电事故的研究

Prevention and handling measures for blackouts

结合我国电网实际情况,分析了电网运行存在的安全薄弱环节,并针对这些薄弱环节提出了预防电网发生大停电事故的各项措施。讨论了电网出现大停电事故后的紧急应对措施和进行事故恢复的原则与方法。

Based on the status quo of the power grid in China, the operational weaknesses of the grid are analyzed, and measures for preventing blackouts of the grid are proposed. The emergent corresponding measures to be adopted in time of blackouts are discussed, as well as principles and methods for accident recovery.
