摘要
黑启动初始阶段,小系统空载运行的情况下,由于逆功率保护而往往发生机组并车失败问题。上海电网黑启动试验中,闸电单台燃机接近空载运行,另外一台燃机并车时就发生3次跳机事故。利用RTDS实时仿真系统对这一问题进行了详细的研究,分析了系统空载运行机组并车失败的原因,并提出了相应的解决方案,以确保电网一旦崩溃时黑启动预案的正常实施。
When a small system is in on-load operation in the early stage of black start, unit paralleling may fail due to reverse power protection. In the black start tests for Shanghai Power Grid, paralleling of a gas turbine failed three times when another gas turbine in Zhadian Gas Turbine Co. , Ltd. was operating with also no-load. The real time digital simulation (RTDS) was used to deal with the problem, and the reasons are analyzed. Corresponding solutions are proposed to ensure normal operation of the black start scheme in case of grid collapse.
