摘要
介绍齿轮切向综合误差在传动中对长周期误差的影响,减小最大转角误差,提高齿轮运动的平稳性和传动精度。利用MATLAB平台建立齿轮传动的优化设计数学模型,通过实例进行编程运算,结果表明通过优化设计可以提高齿轮运动准确性。
Introduces the effect of tangent directional synthetic tolerance in driving to long-periodic error,and how to diminish maximal rotation angle tolerance in order to improve stationarity and drive accuracy that gear wheels move. Making use of MATLAB platform to build mathematic model about optimization design of gear-driven. Result indicates the optimization design can improve gear wheels motion accuracy by the fact that the example carrying out the programming arithmetic.
