摘要
目的扫描电子显微镜观察并计数龈下优势菌在厌氧环境下,在种植体及冠修复材料表面的粘附情况。方法将金铂合金与镍铬合金分别粘结在种植纯钛板上,与4种龈下优势菌[牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Pg)、伴放线放线杆菌(Aa)、中间普氏菌(Pi)及具核梭杆菌(Fn)]共同厌氧孵育。采用菌落形成单位(CFU)计数法量化测定培养试件表面的细菌粘附量,扫描电子显微镜观察两组试件表面细菌粘附的情况。结果4种厌氧菌在金铂合金试件表面的粘附量均明显多于镍铬合金(P值均<0.05);4种厌氧菌在同一试件表面的粘附量以Aa最多,Fn、Pg次之,Pi最少。结论金铂合金对细菌的增殖及粘附无抑制作用;4种厌氧菌粘附能力为Aa>Fn>Pg>Pi。
Objective To investigate the effects of Au-Pt and Ni-Cr attached to Ti implanted materials on the adherence by different subgingival predominant bacteria observed under scanning of electronmicroscopy (SEM). Methods Two kinds of crown materials Au-Pt and Ni-Cr were attached to the Ti implanted material, respectively; after being incubated with four subgingival predominant bacteria anaerobically: Porphyromanus gingivalis(Pg), Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans (Aa) , Prevotella intermedia ( Pi) , and Fusobacterium nucleatum ( Fn) ; their adherence were investigated, The quantification of the adhered bacteria on the surfaces of the materials was assayed by means of clone forming unit (CFU) method, The morphology of the bacteria adhered to the materials was examined by SEM, Results The amounts adhered to the surface of Au-Pt alloy samples by the four subgingival predominant bacteria were more than those adhered to the surface of Ni-Cr (P〈 0.05 for all). The adhered amount was most of Aa and least of Pi, Conclusion Au-Pt alloy does not resist the growth and adherence of the bacteria. The adhering ability of the four subgingival predominant bacteria is in the order of: Aa〉 Fn 〉 Pg 〉 Pi.
