隔仓板结构尺寸的设计是散装水泥车罐体设计中不可缺少的内容，其关键是确定隔仑饭的高度。以双合式罐作为例进行分析．采用两条出料管路分别卸料和同时和科两种卸料程序，由于隔仓极高度不同，其卸料结果是不一样的。根据分析，推导出了设计隔仓板最佳高度的计算公式，从而实现让操作者用简单和容易掌握的操作方法轻松地获得最佳卸科结果的目的。

Bulkhead size design is an indispensable job of bulk-cemet vehicIe tank design. Its crux is determining bulkhead height. This paper took double-hold tank for example and made analysis. Due to bulkhead height is different-two discharging procedres respectively and simultaneously by two out-feed tubes obtained different results. An account formula of the bulkhead optimum design height was ascertained on the basis of analyses. Equiping an optimum height bulkhead, operator obtaine discharge result light by use of simple operation.
