摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)、全二维气相色谱-飞行时间质谱联用(GC.GC)对中国名酒剑南春进行分析研究,我们发现剑南春酒中含有较多亚油酸和α-亚麻酸,而这些不饱和脂肪酸对人体健康有着重要的生理作用,从而进一步揭示了适量饮用剑南春有益于人体健康。
We've analysed and studied out that the Jannanchun Liquor contains plenty of linoleic acid and α-linolenic acid which have important physiological functions about human health by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC- MS)and by comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography/time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GCxGC/TOFMS).According to this, we can deduce a conclusion that appropriate amount of drinking Jannanchun Liquor is good for health.
