摘要
本文对深黄被孢霉突变株MI-33产生γ-亚麻酸的发酵条件作了初步研究。通过不同接种方式对γ-亚麻酸发酵的影响试验,确定了接种菌丝体为合理的接种方式;通过不同碳源对γ-亚麻酸发酵的影响试验,确定了葡萄糖为产生γ-亚麻酸的最适碳源;菌体生长动态研究表明,合适的种子液培养时间为48h;发酵动态研究表明,合适的γ-亚麻酸发酵时间为96h,此时干菌体收率为26.51g/L、油脂产率为14.08g/L、GLA产率为901.16mg/L。
The γ-linonenic acid (GLA) fermentation by Mortierella isabellina mutant MI-33 was preliminarily studied. Suitable way of inoculation was determined to be inoculating with mycelia by studying the effects of different inoculation ways on GLA fermentation.Suitable carbon source was determined to be glucose by studying the effects of different carbon sources on GLA fermentation.The dynamics of mycelial growth indicated the optimal age of seed culture was 48 h.The dynamics of fermentation indicated the optimal age of GLA fermentation was 96 h,when dry cell weight,lipid yield and GLA yield reached 26.51 g/L,14.08 g/L and 901.16 mg/L, respectively.
