石灰石添加量对黄陵煤灰熔融特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 针对渭河煤化工集团公司气化炉水煤浆加压气化中使用的高灰熔融性黄陵煤,研究了助熔剂石灰石对改善黄陵煤灰熔融特性的作用,讨论了水煤浆中石灰石添加量、灰成分酸性度、煤中灰分对灰熔融性温度的影响。结果表明,石灰石可有效改善黄陵煤的高灰熔融特性,石灰石添加量与煤灰中CaO含量及酸性度相关,确定工况下适宜的石灰石添加量为1.8%~2.5%。 Based on the Huangling coal with high ash fusion character used in the pressurized slurry gasification process for Weihe Coal Chemical Corporation, the effect of limestone addition on improvement of the ash fusion character was studied. The influence of adding amount, ash acidity and ash content on the ash fusion temperature was discussed. The results indicate that limestone can effectively improve the ash fusion character of Huanghng coal. The addition amount is relevant to the content of CaO and acidity of ash. The optimum amount of limestone in normal operation is 1.8%-2.5% of coal, or the CaO content in the ash is to he adjusted to 20%-25%.
