摘要
试验一选用7日龄AA肉鸡公雏264只,试验二选用7日龄AA肉公雏鸡和北京油鸡各144只,根据体重分成2组,每组6个重复,分别进行笼养和地面平养试验,比较不同饲养方式对肉鸡胴体品质的影响,结果表明:笼养对肉鸡屠宰率、全净膛率、翅率、腿率、胫长、腹脂率、胸肌粗脂肪和主要脂肪酸含量无影响(P>0.05),笼养导致肉鸡脚率增加(P<0.05),胸肌率减少(P<0.05)。
264 7-day-old male Arbor Acres broilers were used in experiment 1,and one 144 7-day-old male Arbor Acres broilers and 144 7-day-old male Beijing fat chickens were used in experiment 2. They were respectively reared in six brooders and six floor lots to compare their carcass quality. The result showed that there were no significant differences for the carcass yield, eviscerated yield, legs, wings, abdominal fat,fat content in breast and mainly fatty acids between those reared on floor and in brooders( P〉 0.05 ). The portion of feet was higher in broilers rearing in brooders than those on floor. In contrast,the portion of breast was lower in broilers in brooders.
