摘要 目的:研究舒芬太尼对非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术(OPCAB)患者麻醉诱导时脑电双频谱指数(BIS)的影响。方法:45例择期OPCAB患者随机分为3组,分别在麻醉诱导时接受效应室浓度为0、0.4ng/mL或0.8ng/mL的舒芬太尼靶控输注,观察清醒、呼之不应、舒芬太尼靶控输注0min、1min、2min、3min、4min、5min、6min、7min时的BIS值以及对应的血压与心率。结果:舒芬太尼靶控输注后其BIS值降低与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:效应室浓度为0.4及0.8ng/mL的舒芬太尼靶控输注剂量可以显著降低OPCAB患者麻醉诱导时的BIS值。 Objective: To observe the effects of sufentanil on bispectral index (BIS) in off-pump coronary artery bypass (OPCAB) patients during induction of anesthesia. Method: Forty-five patients scheduled for OPCAB received target-controlled infusion of sufentanil with effect-site concentration of 0, 0.4, 0.8 ng/mL respectively. The BIS and hemodynamics were recorded during induction. Result: BIS decreased significantly in sufentanil groups than that of control group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Effect-site concentration of 0.4 and 0.8 ng/mL sufentanil target infusion can affect BIS significantly in OPCAB patients during induction of anesthesia.
